Small Sealant Failures Can Become Big Water-Damage Problems
RV roofs contain numerous seams, penetrations and accessories that rely on properly maintained sealants. Exposure to sun, temperature changes, movement and weather can cause sealant to crack, separate, lift or deteriorate over time. Finding visible problems early can help reduce the chance of water intrusion and more extensive repairs.
Roof & Sealant Inspection
We inspect accessible roof areas for visible cracks, separation, gaps, lifting sealant, dried or deteriorated sealant, roof accessory penetrations and other visible concerns.
Localized Resealing
Localized maintenance using Dicor and other appropriate RV sealants around vents, skylights, roof edges, antennas, solar mounts and accessories where the application and roof system are suitable.
Leak Prevention
Addressing visible sealant failures before they contribute to water intrusion, staining, deterioration or more expensive damage.

Applying new sealant over every existing bead is not always the appropriate repair. The existing material, roof surface, location and condition should be evaluated first. We identify visible concerns, determine where localized maintenance is appropriate and explain the recommended work before proceeding.

What We Don't Do
Major Roof Reconstruction Is Outside Our Mobile-Service Scope
MilTech RV does not perform full roof membrane replacement, major structural roof reconstruction, extensive decking replacement or major water-damage rebuilding. If inspection findings indicate that type of work is needed, we will explain what we observed and recommend an appropriate next step or repair facility.
Roof & Sealant Service Pricing
Roof condition and resealing needs vary significantly by RV, roof type, accessory count and existing sealant condition, so we do not advertise a blanket fixed roof-inspection price.

Standard mobile service-call fee.
Diagnostic / Evaluation Labor
First hour when inspection, evaluation or troubleshooting is required.
Additional Authorized Labor
Additional authorized maintenance or localized repair labor.
Sealants, cleaners, preparation materials and other parts or materials are additional. Travel beyond the normal 30-mile service area is $2 per mile. The scope and recommended work are discussed before additional work is performed.
