What We Need to Know Before the Call
You don't need to know the technical name for every part. Just tell us what you're seeing, hearing, smelling, or experiencing. A few details before we talk can help Aron and Sheryl understand the concern and prepare the right questions.
Describe the Concern
Tell us what the RV or appliance is doing in your own words.
- When did the problem begin?
- Does it happen every time or only sometimes?
- Are there unusual sounds, smells, leaks, or warning lights?
- Has anything recently been repaired or changed?

Photos Are Encouraged
Clear photos can help us identify the system and understand what you're seeing.

- Any display message, fault code, or visible damage
Please don't take anything apart just for a photo. Only send pictures you can take safely from the ground or an easily accessible area. A short video can also be helpful when the problem involves a sound, movement, or intermittent operation.

Service Call
$75
Standard mobile service-call fee.
Diagnostic
$150
First hour of diagnostic labor.
Additional Labor
$150/hr
Additional authorized labor. Travel beyond the normal 30-mile service area is $2 per mile.
Before Scheduling
Some Repairs Require Diagnosis Before an Accurate Quote Is Possible.
The same symptom can have several different causes. MilTech RV may need to perform diagnostic testing before an accurate repair estimate can be prepared. We explain our findings and obtain authorization before additional repair work is performed.
