Aron Jemison
Aron handles diagnostics, inspections, repairs, technical research, documentation, and customer education. His approach centers on testing first, explaining the findings, and helping owners make informed repair decisions.
MilTech RV is a veteran-owned mobile RV repair and inspection company built around a simple idea: diagnose problems carefully, communicate clearly, and help RV owners understand their RV — not just hand them a bill.
Before MilTech RV became a business, RVing was already part of our life. Living and traveling in an RV gave Aron firsthand experience with the frustrations RV owners face: systems that fail at the worst possible time, long dealership waits, unclear repair explanations, and expensive parts being replaced without properly identifying the cause.
After retiring from the Navy, Aron took that real-world RV experience into professional RV training, diagnostics, inspection work, and hands-on field service.
MilTech RV grew from those two backgrounds — military service and real RV ownership — with a focus on professional diagnostics, mobile convenience, detailed documentation, and owner education.
Our goal is to give RV owners useful answers, not vague guesses. We want customers to understand what we found, what the repair options are, and what they can watch for in the future.
MilTech RV is a husband-and-wife mobile service business. Customers often interact with both of us before, during, and after a service appointment.

Good RV service takes more than experience alone. We believe the strongest work comes from combining training, field experience, proper testing, and clear communication.
Professional training in RV systems, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Technical knowledge combined with real field-service experience.
Independent RV condition inspections with detailed reporting and documentation.
Advanced hands-on training involving common slide-out and leveling systems.
Certifications do not replace experience, and experience does not replace proper testing. We believe quality RV service requires all three.
This four-step approach shapes how we handle service calls, repairs, inspections, and owner education.
RV owners should not have to break camp or haul their RV across town for every repair. For many common RV problems, we can diagnose and service the RV right where it is parked.
Some repairs belong in the hands of a professional. Other problems can be prevented — or recognized much earlier — when owners understand how their RV works.
That is why MilTech RV also creates educational videos, owner resources, orientations, checklists, and practical troubleshooting guidance.
