Unless otherwise stated in the applicable inspection agreement, inspections are visual and non-invasive.

An inspection does not constitute a guarantee that:

  • No hidden damage exists
  • A component will continue functioning
  • The RV will remain free of defects
  • The RV is appropriate for a particular purchaser
  • The RV has a particular market value

The customer's inspection agreement and inspection report contain the specific terms applicable to an individual inspection.

Remote Consultations

MilTech RV may provide telephone or video consultations.

Remote consultations have limitations because the technician cannot physically inspect, test, touch, disassemble, or directly measure the RV or its components.

Information provided during remote consultation may therefore be preliminary.

A physical service appointment may be necessary.

Customer-Supplied Information

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services.

This may include:

  • Phone number

  • VIN when requested

Customer Photographs and Videos
