The Hub Saver replaces the specified spindle washer during installation. If an outer bearing comes apart, it is designed to retain the hub and wheel long enough for the driver to pull over safely. It does not prevent a bearing failure or make a damaged trailer safe to keep towing.

Common questions
Does it replace wheel bearing maintenance?
No. Inspect, lubricate, adjust, and service bearings and running gear as required. The Hub Saver is an added safeguard for an outer bearing failure.
Can MilTech install it?
Ask us to review your trailer’s hub setup and the work involved. We can provide an installation estimate after confirming fitment and access.
How many packs should I order?
The standard pack contains two pieces for one axle. A two-axle trailer generally needs two packs, subject to the fitment of each axle.
What if a bearing fails on the road?
Slow down and pull over as soon as it is safe. Do not continue towing on a failed bearing; have the hub and running gear inspected and repaired.
